07_ Rorschach, Reinterpreted

  • Title: Rorschach, Reinterpreted

  • Year: 2026

  • Dimension:  29.7H x 21W cm each

  • Material: Acrylic on paper

This painting was inspired from the Rorschach test, which

layers symmetrical inkblots that are interpretable in

multiple ways. In psychology, the Rorschach test is used

to evaluate one’s unconsciousness by making them

project meaning onto an image. This methodology felt

alike to the experience of viewing art, where a single piece

could generate a myriad of meanings. Utilizing such

neurological motifs, I wanted this piece to not directly

depict a clear-cut matter but function as a psychological

tool.
