09_ Diatom and Neuron: Study of Resemblance

This series of posters explores the visual resemblance

between neuroscience and diatoms, highlighting striking

similarities between neurological cells and marine

microorganisms. Drawing from the forms of neurons, cells,

and diatoms, I developed biomimetic landscape and

seascape imagery that moves between scientific

observation and organic abstraction. By connecting

marine organisms with neural structures, the work reflects

how similar visual patterns can reappear across entirely

different systems of life.
